What Partnership Looks Like
We work with each community individually to establish a clinic structure that fits your residents' needs and your community's schedule. A typical partnership includes:
A monthly on-site clinic day at a designated time and location within your community
A full range of audiologic services provided on-site by a licensed Doctor of Audiology
An optional resident membership program for residents who need access to care between monthly clinic visits
Written visit summaries and care coordination with your nursing team when appropriate
A seamless, professional experience that reflects positively on your community's standard of care
