At this time, our hearing aid services are focused on optimizing and maintaining the devices of existing hearing aid wearers. Hearing aid dispensing — including new fittings and purchases — will be offered in the near future as we continue to grow.

We handle the entire repair process on your behalf — including shipping your device to the manufacturer, tracking the repair, and arranging return delivery directly to you. You won't need to manage any of the logistics yourself.

On-Site Hearing Services is an out-of-network, direct-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. However, we provide detailed superbills with all necessary CPT and diagnosis codes so that patients can self-submit claims to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Medicare Part B may reimburse a portion of the cost of a diagnostic hearing evaluation when ordered by a physician.
-
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as CareCredit and Cherry financing — two healthcare payment options that allow you to spread the cost of care over time. We do not bill insurance companies directly, but we make the reimbursement process as easy as possible by providing a complete superbill at every visit.
