About Dr. Morcos

A Doctor of Audiology dedicated to senior hearing health.

Dr. Krystyna N. Morcos is a licensed audiologist with over a decade of clinical experience serving adult and geriatric populations in private practice and outpatient clinic-based settings. She has built a reputation for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on individualized treatment and thorough counseling.

Dr. Morcos earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from Gallaudet University and holds active licenses in both Washington, DC and Maryland.

The idea for On-Site Hearing Services grew from years of witnessing firsthand the barriers that prevent seniors from accessing the audiologic care they need and deserve. Transportation challenges, long wait times, and the difficulty of navigating unfamiliar clinical environments too often stand between a senior and better hearing. Dr. Morcos also recognized a persistent frustration among patients in large multidisciplinary clinic settings — the inability to reach their provider directly, the maze of automated phone systems, and the sense of being just another appointment in a crowded schedule.

On-Site Hearing Services was founded to offer something different: a simpler, more personal, and more accessible model of care where every patient has a direct relationship with their audiologist from day one.
